Located in the heart of downtown Dallas and near the federal and state courthouses, CARR is positioned between the West End and the Dallas Convention Center. With easy freeway access from any area of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, the office is conveniently located in the Founders Square Building on Jackson Street between Griffin and Lamar. The street address is 900 Jackson Street. Ample validated visitor parking is available in the building garage.

For clients flying into Dallas, our offices are a 10-minute drive from Love Field Airport and 20-minute drive from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

From Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport:

• Exit DFW Airport using the South exit.
• After proceeding through toll booths, take Highway 183 (eastbound) towards Dallas.
• Continue on Hwy 183, it will merge with Hwy 114 and then with I-35 (Stemmons Freeway).
• Continue on I-35.
• Take the Commerce St. East/Reunion Blvd Exit (#428E).
• Continue east on Commerce St.
• Turn right on Griffin; Jackson will be the first cross street and our building will be on your right.
• If parking in the Founders Square garage, proceed through the light at Jackson Street and turn right onto Wood Street, which leads into the underground garage.

From Love Field Airport (Via Stemmons Freeway):

• From Airport exit, go right on Mockingbird (westbound).
• Turn left onto I-35 (Stemmons Freeway) southbound.
• Continue on I-35.
• Take the Commerce St. East/Reunion Blvd Exit (#428E).
• Continue east on Commerce St.
• Turn right on Griffin; Jackson will be the first cross street and our building will be on your right (Federal Building will be on your left).
• If parking in the Founders Square garage, proceed through the light at Jackson Street and turn right onto Wood Street, which leads into the underground garage.

From North of Dallas via the Dallas North Tollway:

• At the southern end of the Tollway (after last toll booths), merge right onto Harry Hines Blvd and move into the far right lane.
• Approaching the second set of lights on Harry Hines, stay in the right lane as the road splits.
• Veer right onto Field Street.
• Continue on Field Street (passing American Airlines Arena on your right) and move into the right lane.
• Pass under the highway overpass and veer right onto Griffin St.
• Proceed on Griffin several lights south to Jackson Street and our building will be on your right (Federal Building will be on your left).
• If parking in the Founders Square garage, proceed through the light at Jackson Street and turn right onto Wood Street, which leads into the underground garage.

From North of Dallas Via 75 (Central Expressway):

• Travel south on 75 (Central Expressway).
• Take the I-35 Waco/Woodall Rodgers Freeway exit and stay to the right
• Take the Field Street exit and turn left, passing under Woodall Rodgers Freeway
• After turning left onto Field, proceed under Woodall Rodgers, staying in the right lanes.
• Veer right onto Griffin and proceed until you reach Jackson Street and our building will be on your right (Federal Building will be on your left).
• If parking in the Founders Square garage, proceed through the light at Jackson Street and turn right onto Wood Street, which leads into the underground garage.

From North of Dallas via I-35 (Stemmons Freeway):

• Take I-35/Stemmons southbound.
• Take the Commerce St. East/Reunion Blvd Exit (#428E).
• Continue on Commerce St.
• Turn right on Griffin; Jackson will be the first cross street and our building will be on your right (Federal Building will be on your left).
• If parking in the Founders Square garage, proceed through the light at Jackson Street and turn right onto Wood Street, which leads into the underground garage.

From West of Dallas via I-30:

• When approaching the downtown area, stay in the two left lanes.
• Take the Commerce Street/I-35 North exit towards Denton/Downtown #45.
• Proceed east on Commerce to Griffin St.
• Turn right onto Griffin and proceed until you reach Jackson Street.
• If parking in the Founders Square garage, proceed through the light at Jackson Street and turn right onto Wood Street, which leads into the underground garage.

From East of Dallas via I-30:

• When approaching the downtown area, stay in the two right lanes.
• Take the ramp towards I-45/US-75 Houston/Sherman #47B.
• Stay to the right on ramp towards US-75/Sherman
• Stay to the left on ramp towards Main St. West/ Elm St.
• Stay to the right onto Elm St.
• Turn left onto Griffin and proceed until you reach Jackson Street.
• If parking in the Founders Square garage, proceed through the light at Jackson Street and turn right onto Wood Street, which leads into the underground garage.

Via Dallas Area Rapid Transport (DART) West End Station:

• Take the red or blue lines to the West End Station.
• Exit at the corner of Pacific and Lamar, and walk south on Lamar Street four blocks to Jackson Street.
• Turn left and proceed to the entrance situated between Lamar Street and Griffin Street.
