Tech Success Awards, March 5, 2009 (Dallas, Texas):
CARR LLP was a sponsor of the Tech Success Awards presented by the North Texas Regional Center of Innovation and Commercialization (RCIC). A celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship in the North Texas region, the program showcases the companies of the Emerging Technology Fund. Guests of honor included Governor Rick Perry, State of Texas and Commissioner Todd Staples, Department of Agriculture. The event was held at the Communities Foundation of Texas. The North Texas Regional Center of Innovation and Commercialization (NTXRCIC) was established as a 501(c) 3 under the Alliance for Higher Education (AHE) to act as the regional agent for the ETF to identify new technology deals with commercialization potential for ETF investment.
